Misleading information on returns and very slow delivery
The information on the website does not state that only partial refunds are offered for unwanted items, which is very misleading. A 30% refund was offered initially and when I got back in touch via email, this went up to only 50% but I would keep the item and not return it - I didn’t want to keep both items, as I ordered identical items in two different sizes. I could also not find a way to include the discount code when I ordered the goods. I can understand why the trustpilot reviews are very poor and I wish I had read them in advance. The items also took 28 days to arrive and were too late for my holiday! Very unprofessional company.
