Smart Meter problems after a powercut

The lady I spoke to was very helpful . We are having issues with our smart meter after a powercut. Rachel has passed the query on to their Smart Meter team to try & resolve the issue. It is good that we get to speak to a real human & not some silly A.I entity. Well done Good Energy.
