10 days without internet resolved
I have been without the internet for the last two Saturdays and it took me up to last thursday to reach them, i was told to off and on my phone, reset and so on and nothing work, i was told that my case have escalated and that within 24 to 48 hours i will be contacted and the issue will be resolve but nothing have happened. this is a disgrace that i will be sent a bill at the end of the month without given services. I have been contacted and the issue have been resolved
