Some things are never forgotten. I wouldn’t recommend EF Tours.
My daughter had a fabulous time in Japan. The school tour was scheduled to make the most out of their stay. The rating that I provided stems from 2020. I had paid in full for a family trip of four to Japan. Due to COVID, our trip was cancelled. I requested a refund and lost 500 dollars per person. That was a total of 2000 dollars for my family. EF Tours could have written the loss. I was in a situation where I could have used that money towards medical expenses. This time I only sent my daughter to Japan because after COVID my family never recovered.
