Impossible to get phone support

Credit card arrives, i activate it, doesnt work. I try calling keytrade, 1 hour waiting in queue, then the system tells you they cannot answer due to technical problem. Great. Now what? You delivered faulty credit card, wasted my time and money on the call, and problem unsolved.
