I could not be more disappointed!

I could not be more disappointed with the MVC Terrace property in Nusa Dua, Bali. My boyfriend and I stayed here for three weeks in November of 2024, and the luxury that I once experienced as a Vistana owner for over 25 years has disappeared completely upon the merger with Marriott. What was once a luxury vacation, now feels more like you’re visiting a Holiday Inn. During this trip we came home to discover our plunge pool was filled with green algae, our villa was haphazardly cleaned, our clothes drier burned our clothing and my visit to the onsite spa left me with a deep, bleeding wound on my thumb. Do NOT waste your vacation time, or your hard earned money staying at this location.
