Promised security is a lie - fraudsters are supported rather than customers
All the security promises are a lie. After a merchant was hacked and the target bank was secretly changed, I immediately blocked the card, wrote to support and requested a complaint. This was rejected on the grounds that the transaction had been confirmed - several thousand euros were lost. The reason that the transaction was confirmed simply makes no sense. This is always the case when you make a transaction using a credit card. This means that the VISA chargeback procedure can never be used. The merchant does not have to send anything, the money is never safe via Bank Norwegian. Avoid at all costs!
