Water Bottle delivered NOT as ordered
I ordered a water bottle from this company on 28th March 2025. After various spurious promises of delivery, it finally arrived tonight, at 10 to 7! I paid the high price of £16.39 as this item had a painting of a flamingo on it. However, I have received a totally plain bottle - no picture. I have complained, sending them a photograph of the delivered item and am now waiting for their response. I could have bought a plain water bottle in Poundland, or on eBay, but I was prepared to pay extra for the flamingo picture. I am very disappointed.
