ERbärmlich

25 Minuten Wartezeit keine Seltenheit, hänge gerade wieder 15 Minuten in der Warteschleife. Die Mitarbeiter tragen die Daten nicht korrekt ein, Rückmeldungen und Rückrufe erfolgen nicht. Erbärmlicher Kundenservice für eine Firma!
