They are possibly the most unhelpful…
They are possibly the most unhelpful company I have ever come across. Trying to get help out of a stone would be easier. If I could switch water companies I would. They have fitted two water meters to our property and we want one removed. They insist they there is a T-Junction where it needs to be capped by us. Pipe for one meter goes under the house, 1.5m deep, how can we find a T-Junction without knocking down the house. They just repeat the same company line. They have no plans to show a t-junction and neither do we on deeds/local council etc.
