Outstanding Team.
The Team at Meribel Chalet & Apartment Rentals have been extremely helpful and accommodating with our group over the last two years. We booked our ski trip in the first half of 2020 for Jan 2021 which had to be postponed due to Covid. We had no issues rolling our booking over to the following year and they even rolled over the final balance repayment date to three months prior our new departure date. Our group numbers shrank in size over the two years but they gave us options and solutions on how we could deal with it, minimising costs to ourselves as much as possible and accommodating our needs. The boarders to France opened just before our second arrival date and Ross provided us with a lot of factual information on what requirements were in place to make our travel before hand as stress free as possible. He even took a heated phone call from myself a few weeks before travel with lots of worries I had and spoke very calmly explaining all I needed to know and options we had moving forward. There is detailed info provided on how to check into your chalet, its location and everything you need to know whilst staying. Ross came and met us in the chalet soon after arriving to check we were all ok. He provides his number and it is very easy to have communication with him if you need anything. The Chalet we stayed in was lovely. Very modern with everything you need. Logs provided for the fire. Much bigger than it looked in the photos. The only complaint I would have is that we were charged over £70 for extra cleaning needed for a couple of towels and a sheet which seems excessive to me. New ones could have been brought for less. I have been advised that the chalet uses an outsourced cleaning company so they set the prices. That literally is my only complaint however, everything else was perfect and the service and communication the team provides is outstanding. Thank you.
