Buyer be ware. Stay away! Worst of them ALL
I submitted my upgrade bid on the 28th of Dec. I got upgraded to the Deluxe room on the 29th mid day. On the 30th I got a voicemail from Tara at 2:28pm saying I need to call in to make a payment. She said I had until the 2nd to make a payment. I called today(2nd of Jan). I spoke to Wanda M, and was told the upgrade was removed and there was nothing I could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor(Vicky M), which refused to talk to me and would not help me. Wanda went back and forth between talking to us both. I could not get Vicky to get on the phone. I feel like I have been treated unfairly and cheated. There was nothing in the upgrade screen that said I had only 24hr to pay or Id lose it. There was nothing in the email invoice that said I had only 24hr to pay or Id lose it. Tara also gave me misinformation and I was mislead to believe everything was ok. Wanda tried to help but reported back what Vicky was saying. Unfair business practices and not how you treat a customer. Buyer be ware. Stay away!
