Romford branch Pain joint program with Adrian Paval
I go to Nuffield health Romford, and I in the Pain joint program running for those with health issues. I was introduced to this via my social prescriber. I have been going for 3 weeks, and have a wonderful Rehabilitation specialist Adrian Paval, who works closely within the group, with different ailments, Adrian is helping me gain strength and confidence, with physical activities, as well as with the different machines in the gym, which in turn, is helping significantly, with my health, also I should add, losing weight on top is a plus!!!
