C & c auctions are bully’s and rogues be aware of them.
Have been told my bid has been accepted. The c&c have taken a deposit. They refuse to give details of owner and the details of the car quoted GDPR plus said that I should have view the car previously. I said that does that contradict the GDPR that the rep Ian was quoting. He repeated that I should send the money. Very dodgy the way this company deals. I asked them to view the car before I sent the balance of the payment as advised by my bank. Have been told by the rep first have to make payment. To escrow account. Account is overseas this looks very fishy. Since they have my deposit they should give me the details of car and all the other info I required. I have made reasonable requests but the rep Ian said just transfer the money. This c & c auctions is a bully and rogue just interested in their commission and nothing else they are useless at helping the buyer out because they attitude was only transfer the money. There many reviews pointed out by people who alleged to have sold. I have been told by the bank anyone can make reviews which sound good. Once again this company is a rogue and bully don’t deal with them!! Warning they are crooks !!
