Level 3 Mat Pilates Workshop
Really enjoyed the workshop weekend. Easy to follow teaching to cement our knowledge, we were up teaching in pairs and to the group which was very beneficial. Come away with so much more confidence in myself thanks to the great hands on teaching with Emma Lovelock.
