25 YEARS or 10 YEARS ?same product
So phoned trust spoke to a member called Sue. She said that as we only require one heater for the bathroom that we can plug in outside the bathroom to contact their sister company the conservatory Heating company.so I did and guess who answered ? Yeah Sue the same person.so after going through everything & Sue explaining at great length that it's exactly the same product everything the same I checked it out.this is were the confusion starts. CONSERVATORY HEATING COMPANY A 10 YEAR GUARANTEE TRUST ELECTRIC HEATING A 25 YEAR GUARANTEE. I asked for Sue to explain this & she said she would get somebody in the hierarchy to phone me back ! I'm still waiting.honestly after reading some of the negatives I will look elsewhere. 16/09/24 So Sue has just got back to me the reason being the Conservatory Heating don't give a 25 year guarantee is because they just send you the heater to fix to the wall yourself & plug into an appropriate socket with a 3 pin plug or if you wish get a qualified electrician. For me if it's all about being exactly the same heater made in the same workshop why not the same guarantee ? If it's badly fitted or inappropriately installed & fails then yes it would be down to the consumer. What about if they made the heater mobile & you could plug it in anywhere What guarantee would you get then ?
