3-Months Delay! Do NOT TRUST in their promised delivery dates, you will be disappointed!
I've encountered significant challenges with this company regarding their delivery commitments and customer service... The sales team seemed dedicated until the deal closed, after that reaching them became near impossible. I asked about their commitment to delivery dates as I had offers from other reputable companies. Regrettably, I chose to trust them, and it ended in disappointment After I learned about the delay by checkin order status, contacting customer service felt like a maze—they redirected me to the head office, which in turn sent me back to the store. This disorganized loop left problems unresolved, leading to a dysfunctional customer experience. My attempts to seek resolution only resulted in frustration due to the lack of accountability and resolution. Therefore, I DO NOT recommend this company! I hope this feedback helps others in making informed decisions!
