Still no delivery after nearly two weeks — no proper customer service response
I placed an order with Xero Shoes UK on 30 April (Order #6153565) and paid £106 including shipping. As of 12 May, the parcel still hasn’t been received by the courier (DPD), and I’ve had no meaningful update. I contacted Xero Shoes but only received an unhelpful AI-generated reply, and no follow-up from an actual customer service representative. There was no mention of any extended lead time when I ordered, so I reasonably expected the shoes to have arrived by now. Really disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency. I’ve now had to contact my bank to raise a chargeback. I had high hopes for this company, but the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. —— Update as of 15 May, the retailer has refunded my money or fulfilled the order. Despite having replied here, they have been completely unresponsive to my emails.
