Failure to Launch resolved by Agent Hario
I was in the Caribbean trying to get my eSIM to function and stop the outrageous daily charges from my US based carrier (which was frustrating because I can't ensure their daily charge to my account is off because their sign in page isn't working properly to give me access). I could not get the e-SIM to connect. The agent, Hario worked with me after the Bot on the system couldn't answer the question. Hario worked with me for 40 minutes on chat, guiding me through the process of identifying what eSIM was on my phone (a prior card for Mexico). He resent me an eSIM for the Caribbean (which I had purchased, installed and had no activity going) and assisted in clearing the eSIM record on both Maya's system and my phone. Hario's instructions were clear and worked. He was patient with me and while I am probably 80% mobile phone technically sound, he got me through the parts I had no clue on. He did a great job and had me prove the eSIM worked to both our satisfactions. Hario did an outstanding job. If Maya's entire staff is as competent and patient as Hario, you will be well served in purchasing from them. Should you have issues, have full confidence that Maya will work with you to ensure your service is operating.
