Absolutely Brilliant
I cannot recommend James at Swithenbank highly enough! We initially engaged Swithenbank to sell our house in Sale, and throughout the entire process he was consultative, responsive and knowledgeable. Even when we hit setbacks, he was not fazed, and always reassured us, and tried to provide a solution. He guided us through every aspect of the sale, and was always on hand to answer any question. In searching for our new home, he really took the time to understand our wants/needs and presented us with various of options, many of which were off-market, including our wonderful new home, that we simply would not have known about if it had not been for James. He is also very well-networked and was able to recommend a fantastic surveyor, removal van etc., who were all equally as impressive and professional.
