Great service
I rang late on a friday afternoon requiring assistance as i couldn't retrieve client info for a meeting the following week. I spoke with Natalie Bell servicing team 5, who went above and beyond with adding my details which weren't recorded correctly as i am new adviser to RL. Then at the end of the call she kindly offered to email both sets of client info, so i was all set to go for my client meeting on Monday. It is not often i have received such helpful service from a provider, so thank you Ntalie.
