Great support and communication
We would like to send our appreciation to all members of the TID emergency assistance team who helped us during our very problematic time recently in the UK. It was a very stressful time for us and we are indeed thankful for all the communications and support we received from everyone, especially Katie, over that period. Thank you for getting us back to Australia as safely, efficiently and comfortably as was possible with my injury. We would most certainly recommend TID for personal travel insurance. Our expenses claim was settled quickly as well.
