Beginning with an initial visit from Basil, the sales person, to the installation of new Bay Windows everything has been problem free. The fitters Mark and Scott were respectful and professional. They worked well together, leaving all areas tidy and new windows looking brilliant. The Management Team kept me informed at all times, which I fully appreciated. Everything has gone like clockwork from start to finish, I can definitely feel the room is warmer, quieter and most importantly, safer.
