Over promise then UNDER deliver, well not actually!
Purchased a chainsaw with free next day delivery, needed as I have a tree blocking the lane. Website states if not next day we will inform you. Delivery day came, no sign of chainsaw, checked courier website to find not being delivered for another three days, WTF. Contacted Sitebox and exchanged emails, told several lies by their customer services operative so cancelled the order requesting a full refund to be told that I need, when the goods eventually are delivered, refuse the deliver and when they eventually get the goods back they will issue a refund, arghh! Disputing the payment with my Bank which should get me the immediate refund they should, in this case, provide. Avoid this Company like the plague.
