The Martyn Gerrard team have been incredibly helpful and efficient with our house search. Wayne Ellis was our key contact and made it such a seamless experience. Me and my partner are moving in together for the first time and needed all the help we could get with looking for a house. Wayne made sure to keep us updated constantly on progress and the process of finally signing and sorting our tenancy agreement. And even went the extra mile when the current tenants would not send over a video we requested he took it upon himself to go to the property and take one for us. Thank you very much to Wayne and the rest of the team for being so helpful and great communicators. It was greatly appreciated.
