Lack of training
The person who came on first appointment didn't knew how to resolve the fault and ordered the motherboard for hob to remove the fault whereas when the second person came with the motherboard he didn't do anything except resetting the hob and not even using used the new motherboard. We were left without the hob for 10 days in wait for the part which was not even used and the problem could have been resolved on first instance just in few seconds.
