Home done were terrible from the start…
Home done were terrible from the start with costumer service, couch took ages to come way past the delivery date given. The couch came and it is a cheaply made version of the one I ordered and was NOTHING like it. I ordered light grey it came dark grey, rips in and staples sticking out of it, poorly made and false advertising as it’s not the same thing. Still waiting for it to be resolved and couch to be picked up and a refund given to me but customer service is slow and you don’t get an email back quick enough even when they have left you in the worst possible position. Will be taking it to trading standard if it is not resolved asap.
