The rehab was suited to my abilities…
The rehab was suited to my abilities and moved at a speed which was encouraging. Also I had a rocky start and missed several early sessions but Mariah was so gracious and accommodating. Her attitude was outstanding and encouraging. I truly appreciate her flexibility. She was a coach, not a task master. And the workout themselves were encouraging and left room for you to move and do at your own speed and ability. They never made you feel like you were to out of shape to “do it right”
