I believe Forum is an excellent platform & one I recommend to many. I like the HCP/Dietician involvement. The suggestions from both Dr. Pedley & Mariana have been amazing. They both have given suggestions that are easy to apply & memorable. The ease to communicate through chat & scheduling makes this program very easy for a person on a busy schedule.
