Very angry with them

Very angry with them. My domain was set to auto-renew, and everything seemed to go through fine (including payment). My dashboard said all was well and the next renewal is a year away, but in actual fact it didn't renew at all. My domain is now expired, my website down and my emails / google apps completely inaccessible, and I only found out because I was notified by nominet (the .co.uk registry). I have clients and customers that cannot contact me or access valuable information. I contacted justhost support and was told they'd sort it and I'd receive an email shortly. 10 days later I contact them again and same story. In 10 days my domain becomes available for others to buy and I could lose it forever. Absolutely fuming. I had already moved hosting elsewhere as I was getting constant "site inaccessible" notifications from jetpack. I didn't think they could mess anything else up so badly. Completely unacceptable
