I had a terrible experience with Switch and Baid Car Shipment, and I strongly advise others to stay away. From the beginning, the communication was poor, with delayed responses and vague answers regarding my car's status. They initially promised a specific delivery timeframe, but my vehicle arrived weeks late with no proper updates or accountability. The worst part? When my car finally arrived, it had noticeable scratches and minor dents, which were definitely not there before shipping. When I tried to raise a complaint, customer service was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. They kept passing the blame and avoided any compensation or even a proper explanation. Additionally, the pricing was misleading. They quoted one price initially but added unexpected fees at the last minute, leaving me with no choice but to pay more than I had budgeted. Overall, Switch and Baid lacks professionalism, transparency, and proper customer service. If you care about your vehicle and your money, stay far away and choose a more reputable shipping company. Would never use them again! 🚨👎
