In the room, fridge was not working... who would like warm drinks from the minibar??? Bathroom with mould in the corner. Room 105 in the basement - from the lift you have to pass the service area and kitchen - very smelly corridor. Our room was never cleaned despite having put the "clean up sign" at the door. At breakfast you ate asked to clean away your plates and dishes... canteen style in a 4* hotel? What is worse, nobody even bothers to clean the table after you have eaten. Quite room (back garden view) was quiet only with the window closed. Anyway, breakfast was tasty (no coffee machine, though) and the hotel offers free parking for the quests.
