Today they scammed me and cheated me

They keep telling me that the the coupon comes with $250 bonus so I have to leave $250 in my account and cannot withdraw that amount 7. They just completely lied. The coupon terms specifically stated that the wagering is 30x on free spins winnings. Your free spins winnings were $159.38. When multiplying that by 30, we come to the amount of $4,781.40 (which is the amount that you need to wager) We appreciate your understanding. So basically they are lying and telling me that my bonus amount was $250 so they are saying along with the free spins is some sort of match bonus, which is not true because I have the full terms and conditions and I have a screenshot of the bonus coupon and I used the same coupon before and I am very familiar with this Casino and their sister sites and I’m not sure why they keep saying that. They know that I am right. I just took the same bonus a couple of weeks ago and had no problems cashing out my money. 10. On top of them shorting me by $100, I cashed out $460 and they only sent me $450 Someone in this casino took it upon themselves to lie and say that there is a match bonus attached, which is absolutely not true. Before I cashed out, I contacted customer service to ask them how much I would need to leave in my account and he told me $250 and I have a feeling that he did something in the system to make it look like I had $250 in my transactions so that he could keep the extra hundred dollars. I’m pretty positive of it. I will not be playing here anymore and I advise others not to also because soon they will scam you later. If they respond to this review, they are just going to say something that doesn’t make sense. The 500 free spins bonus does not come with a match bonus on the side!
