Predatory autorenewal policy
Commenting to warn others about ordering this product...I ordered a 6 month subscription as a gift for my sister, and was notified on 10/25 that my 6 month subscription was auto-renewed. I was charged the price which was over $200. I e-mailed customer service immediately and cancelled my subscription, and I saw that the next box had not even shipped yet. So far, I have been told that they will not refund me, I have been provided no way to escalate the issue, and I have only been offered coupons to their other products, which I obviously do not want. Really disappointed by the lack of customer service and integrity of this company.
