Unprofessionalism and disregard for customers…
This has been one of the most frustrating and upsetting experiences I’ve had with any service company. A technician from this company came to install water filters in our home. Six days later, we discovered that our brand new laminate flooring—recently installed and quite expensive—had swollen due to water damage. After calling in an independent plumber, it became clear that the leak was caused by a valve that had not been properly shut off by your technician. Water had been leaking from the installation point directly onto the floor. Let me be very clear: this is not a minor issue. We invested serious money into high-quality flooring. The damage caused is both extensive and costly. What’s worse, I contacted the company immediately after discovering the issue—and received absolutely no response. No apology. No investigation. No responsibility. Just silence. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. If your staff’s mistakes result in damage, the company must stand behind their work. Ignoring the problem doesn’t make it go away—it simply shows a total lack of professionalism and integrity. I am deeply disappointed, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with any work in their home. Poor workmanship is one thing. Refusing to acknowledge and fix the damage caused is something far worse.
