Honestly avoid this company
Honestly avoid this company, while they dealt with the sale of my house ok even though I had to constantly phone to keep the process going. The subsequent purchase of my flat has been a constant headache, with me always chasing them, rarely could I get through to my conveyancer and only just managed to complete on the agreed day due to his incompetence, which could have cost me a lot. Having completed now I am still waiting for documentation on the freehold which should have been sent months ago, they are not responding to my emails, voicemails and I can’t get through to them on the phone. This experience has been absolutely terrible and still not finished. If like me you are checking reviews because you have instructed them and starting to regret it, I would advise you to cut your losses and go with a different solicitors, I wish I had!!!
