Nicht Kundenorientiert

Ich habe das erste mal bei Bugatti bestellt und bin mehr als enttäuscht. Ich habe zwei Paar Schuhe bestellt und nur eins erhalten. Auf Mails wird überhaupt nicht reagiert und unter der angegebenen Servicenummer erreicht man ebenfalls niemanden. Nun habe ich zwei Paar bezahlt und nur eins erhalten. Das ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Nachtrag: Nach langem warten und hinzuziehen von Paypal habe ich dann von Bugatti endlich eine Antwort und mein Geld zurück erhalten.
