Perfect order no complaints
Ordered Thousand sons 40k models. Order arrived as expected on time. Packaging was good (decently thick box and some packing paper). All the customer service emails / tracking you would expect. They also had items in stock that some of the more well known gaming stores didn't have. Particularly as one of the smaller factions that was really nice. A 20% discount on RRP on what I bought. Also came with a small bag of Tangfastics which was nice. Was my first order I would use again and recommend. I did pay for next day shipping just because it was a fairly large order so I couldn't comment on the "standard shipping experience". But my order seemed to get prepped in about an hour to go out so I would think it's decent.
