A thoroughly shoddy business with contemptuous attitude to customers
I have been waiting since early Mar for the installation of a 3 phase meter. Despite 'So'claiming 42 day leadtime on the website I am still on a waiting list of unknown length and with no position or proposed date. I have spoken to at least 8 Call Handlers and, whilst some are helpful, I seldom get a meaningful response or promised update. There is most certainly a company policy to avoid putting anything in writing. I have been told, however, that there are 'hundreds' of customers in the same position because 'So's subcttr has not got the qualified engineers to fulfill the task. My complaint is with Najinda ( a Complaint Senior who sits one level below deadlock ) but he/she has failed to make contact. The latest advice from 'So' is to switch supplier. Avoid this business at all costs.
