Manchester Airport Clayton-Fantastic customer service
We stay at the Clayton the night before we fly every year,it takes the stress away and the holiday begins a day earlier.We were due to fly to Orlando in 3 weeks time and had booked our room back in March.We had to move our holiday to next year due to Covid19. I contacted the hotel to ask if we could change our dates and we were replied to by Ellie. She assured us it wasn't an issue and just to re-book when we had our new holiday dates. We had the new dates for the holiday confirmed this afternoon for June next year and I emailed Ellie to re-book. Within 10 minutes, she had replied to my email to confirm the booking and emailed our booking confirmation to us. The customer service has been fantastic and Ellie has been so efficient,helpful and friendly.I know why we stay at the Clayton every year-fantastic staff,great hotel,free transport to the terminal 24/7, fantastic location and customer service second to none.
