Good price but unfortunately..
Good price but unfortunately... a rather poor customer experience. Did not receive a phone call or email to arrange a suitable delivery date and/or time. When I ordered the product (x2 ton bags of slate) we advised that we required a call/email to arrange to be at home to take delivery due to gated access to property. However while at work I was told by a neighbour that it had been dumped by the roadside on the pavement outside my property! Therefore I was then stuck with the problem of moving 2 tons of slate onto my property by hand!! Very disappointing service to say the least.
