Disappointing!
We originally decided to go with Ocean Estate Agents as we had been told by them they had previous experience in selling flats. We were led to believe the first viewing even though more viewings were scheduled for later was sound! We accepted this. Our main and only request was for a quick sale! It was only much later down the line we discovered the buyer had a problem which we should have been informed about from the beginning. Hence the sale took longer than was expected. We have since received several apologies from Ocean Estate Agents but felt very disappointed with time it had taken. No complaints at all with the way the Ocean Solicitors dealt with their part in the sale. In particular Ashleigh was exceptional.
