Always choose Budget over other companies at Knock as desk staff are really helpful and friendly- However I can’t stress enough the importance of rechecking your vehicle and taking photos before you leave the compound. We recently took desk staffs word for the vehicle condition and it wasn’t accurate. Girl in returns booth could be more engaging and smile 😊
