The worst customer service experience…
The worst customer service experience ever. I have had an issue to connect my internet at home and it is impossible to reach out to them (the message says waiting time under 3-5 mins and after 30 minutes nobody answers). Only time I got them on the chat, they said I needed to call for my issue, 0 support. I have also sent an email and nothing. After 10 days of the effective date, still without internet nor support. I would completely avoid to have anything with them.
