I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience during the car pick-up process. I arrived 45 minutes early and politely asked if there was any possibility to expedite the pick-up. Unfortunately, the staff member at the counter responded rudely, with visible grimaces and dismissive behavior. This interaction left both me and my family feeling upset and unwelcome, which negatively impacted the start of our trip. Although her colleague was more courteous, the situation did not improve much. The vehicle originally assigned to us had a broken infotainment screen. We were then offered a different car, but it had a significantly smaller trunk. When I raised this concern, the agent dismissed it, claiming it was the same class, without showing any willingness to help. By this point, we had already spent over an hour and a half at the pick-up location, and we felt pressured to just take the car and leave. The entire experience was frustrating and far from the level of service we expected.
