Be very careful when a company can not answer a simple question. Being in the logistics field I could tell immediately that they had no clue. The llc is registered in Delaware but in my oppinion they are based outside of the U.S. I asked if a truck falls into the ocean and all 10 cars that the carrier was carrying were destroyed how do you determine the value of each car for insurance purpose. They kept given the same answer that the carrier has a million dollar policy but that did not answer the question cause we all know the cars are not worth a million dollars each. This was a major red flag for me. I know the answer to the question but i will not provide it to them. Be cautious working with brokers who can not answer a simple question. In response to the below telling me the carrier will be responsible for damages still does not answer the question The specific question was how do you determine the value of the car if it was totally damaged. Yes carriers are all requires to carry insurance that is a given however each car is not valued the same and all i kept asking is how to do you determine the value of the car and nobody could answer the questuon. There is nothing at all fake about this review.
