Had a look at recent reviews for Anglian & was quite surprised ,as my experience over the last 44 years in the same property has always been 5 star. I particularly like dealing with their customer care team ,who i believe are in Nottingham. I never have to go through multiple button press sequences ,but get to speak to a REAL person as soon as the call is answered ,usually in seconds rather than several minutes with most companies. Their staff are friendly ,helpful & knowledgeable and usually sort my concerns there and then. How i wish other organisations were ,dare i say ,this good. Many thanks Anglian.
