Broken product and extremely rude service and owners
I could give them minus stars if that was possible. The worst service I have ever gotten. I bought a watch from them but when I took it home and out of the box, one of pointers was loose inside the watch screen. I know very well that I had not bumped it anywhere, as I was very carefully with it and also because it was in its protective box the whole time. I was really dissapointed but of course this can happen. I assume that the watch case was somehow loose when I bought it and that's how it happened. So naturally I took it back to return it or exchange it with another one. To my surpise, they refused to exchange it, they accused me of breaking it myself and they denied to take it back. They were very rude to me and when I reacted to this behavior by raising my voice they also threatened to call the security in order to remove me from the store (time to mention that I am a girl of 1.60 height and 48kg). In the end they fixed it (but they had to do it anyway since there is a warantee of 2 years) but I had to accept the fact that they sold me a problematic watch and that it might happen again sooner or later. PS. I know very well their response to this review. They will say that they do not sell broken things and that I dropped it. But they know the truth and it is not a coinsidence that they have so many bad reviews from so many other costumers with similar cases (check out also Google reviews). So, no matter your reply Boutique D'or, I hope that these reviews will help some people from making the mistake to buy something from your store.
