Normally excellent service but…….
Normally excellent service but after waiting 2 weeks after sending prescription nothing appeared with very little contact advising something was wrong. I contacted Oxford after a very long telephone call wait I was advised that my prescription had not been received. After another two long waits I was advised that it had been found and would be delivered the next day - which it was. As I was going on holiday this was a trepiditous time for me. Normally outstanding service (used them for a long time) I do feel that standards are slipping. a) Why doesn’t the website work properly? b) Why do I have to make a phone call to order a repeat prescription? c) Why do I have to wait so long for a phone call to be answered? d) How can a received prescription go missing? Hope things return to normal soon.
