I was offered a free upgrade by Nordina who actually contacted me to apologize that there would be a delay in shipping my original item. I chose my preferred alternative and was contacted by the lovely Isabelle almost immediately to confirm my choice. The company have been very proactive in insuring I have a positive experience which I really appreciate, rather than me having to chase an order up which is usually the case. Excellent customer service would highly recommend
